When Blue Dragon will not load, keeps crashing, or throws a network error, it is nearly always a connection, cache or outdated-version hiccup — not your account. Work down this list and you are usually back in within a minute or two.

- Check your connection. Flip between Wi-Fi and mobile data — a weak signal is the number one culprit.
- Fully close and reopen Blue Dragon (swipe it out of recent apps first).
- Restart the phone. It clears temporary glitches more often than you would expect.
- Update the app. Re-download the latest build from app.bluedragon777.com and install over the old one.
- Free up storage. A nearly-full phone can stop apps from loading.
