How to Download Ding Ding on iPhone (iOS)

On iPhone you add Ding Ding through Safari, not the App Store. Open play.dingdinghouse.com, choose the iOS option, drop it onto your Home Screen (or trust the profile if asked), then sign in with the login your agent sends. Here's the full walk-through.

Why iPhone takes a slightly different path

Apple doesn't carry sweepstakes arcades, so Ding Ding comes to iPhone as a web app you pin to your Home Screen, or — depending on the current build — as a profile you approve in Settings. Both are completely normal; just do whichever the screen asks for.

Add Ding Ding to your iPhone

  1. Open Safari (it has to be Safari, not Chrome) and visit play.dingdinghouse.com.
  2. Tap the iPhone / iOS option.
  3. If it asks you to add to Home Screen: tap the Share icon, choose Add to Home Screen, then Add.
  4. If it asks you to trust a profile: open Settings → General → VPN & Device Management, tap the Ding Ding profile, and tap Trust.
  5. Launch Ding Ding from your Home Screen and log in with the details from your agent.
"Untrusted Enterprise Developer" popped up? That's just the trust step. Head to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management, tap the Ding Ding profile, and choose Trust. One tap and you're clear.

Line up your account while you install

You'll want a login ready before you tap in. Message us and we'll have your Ding Ding account made by the time the icon settles on your Home Screen. Prefer Android? The APK steps are here.

The short version: Ding Ding runs on an agent system, so you add credits and redeem by messaging a distributor instead of tapping a card screen inside the app. We're that distributor — ping Logan Gameroom and you're sorted in minutes.
