Egames Login & Password Help
Your Egames login is the username and password your agent set up for you — there is no public sign-up button in the app. Open Egames, type those in, and you are through to the lineup. Lost them? A reset takes your agent about a minute.
How logging in works
Egames does not let you register yourself. An authorized agent creates the account and hands you a username and password. The same pair works across Android, iPhone and PC, so you can switch devices freely.
Sign in, step by step
- Open the Egames app or the web login.
- Type your username exactly as it was sent — case matters.
- Enter your password.
- Tap Login and you are in.
Forgotten your password?
Do not keep hammering the login — repeated wrong tries can lock the account for a while. Message us instead and we will reset it and send fresh details right back.

Ask your agent for a reset rather than guessing, since too many wrong attempts can temporarily lock the account.
Can I log into Egames on more than one device?
Yes, the same username and password work everywhere, but you can only actively play on one device at a time.
