Game Vault Login & Password Help
Your Game Vault login is the username and password your agent set up — there's no public "register" button inside the app. Open Game Vault, enter those two things, and you're in. Lost them? Your agent resets them in about a minute.
How Game Vault accounts work
You don't create a Game Vault account yourself. An authorized agent makes one and sends you a username and password. The same pair signs you in on Android, iPhone and PC — your vault follows you across devices.
Sign in — step by step
- Open the Game Vault app (or the web login page).
- Enter your username exactly as it was sent — capitalization matters.
- Enter your password.
- Tap Login and your library loads.
Forgot your Game Vault password?
Resist the urge to keep guessing — a run of wrong tries can lock the account for a while. Message us instead and we'll reset it and send fresh details on the spot. One thing we'll never ask for: your current password.

How do I register for Game Vault?
There's no self-registration. An agent creates the account for you — message Logan Gameroom and we'll make one and send your login.
I forgot my Game Vault password.
Ask your agent for a reset rather than guessing; repeated wrong attempts can temporarily lock the account. We'll send new details right away.
Can I use one login on two phones?
Yes — the same username and password work on any device, though you can only actively play on one at a time.
