Juwa Login & Password Help
Your Juwa login is the username and password your agent created for you — there's no public "sign up" inside the app. Open Juwa, enter those details, and you're in. Forgot them? Your agent can reset them in a minute.
How Juwa login works
Juwa doesn't let you register yourself. An authorized agent creates your account and sends you a username and password. You use the same login on Android, iPhone and PC.
Sign in — step by step
- Open the Juwa app (or the web login).
- Type your username exactly as sent — they're case-sensitive.
- Type your password.
- Tap Login.
Forgot your Juwa password?
Don't keep guessing — too many wrong tries can lock the account temporarily. Message us and we'll reset it and send fresh details right away.
