Troubleshooting

Moolah Not Working? Here's How to Fix It

If Moolah won't load, keeps crashing, or throws a network error, it's nearly always a connection, cache or outdated-version problem rather than your account. Work through the list below and you'll usually be back in within a minute or two.

Quick fixes, in order

  1. Check your connection. Flip between Wi-Fi and mobile data. A weak signal is the number-one culprit.
  2. Fully close and reopen Moolah. Swipe it out of recent apps first, then relaunch.
  3. Restart the phone. It clears temporary glitches more often than you'd expect.
  4. Update the app. Re-download the latest version from moolah.vip and install over the old one.
  5. Free up storage. A nearly-full phone can stop apps from loading.
