Loot Login & Password Help
Your Loot login is the username and password your agent created for you — the app has no public "sign up." Open Loot, key in those details, and the vault opens. Lost them? Your agent can reset the lock in about a minute.
How Loot login works
Loot doesn't let players register themselves. An authorized agent sets up your account and sends over a username and password. The same key works across Android, iPhone and PC.
Sign in — step by step
- Open the Loot app (or the web login).
- Type your username exactly as it was sent — it's case-sensitive.
- Type your password.
- Tap Login and you're in the vault.
Forgot your Loot password?
Don't keep hammering guesses — too many misses can lock the account for a while. Message us with your username (just the username), and we'll reset it and send a fresh key right away.

How do I sign up for Loot?

I forgot my Loot password — what do I do?
Ask your agent for a reset instead of guessing, since repeated wrong attempts can lock the account for a time. Share your username only, never your password.
Can I use one Loot login on two phones?
Yes, the same username and password work across devices — you just can't actively play on two at once.
