Royal Vault Login & Password Help
Your Royal Vault login is the username and password your agent created for you — there is no public "sign up" inside the app. Open Royal Vault, enter those details, and the vault is yours. Forgotten them? Your agent resets them in about a minute.
How Royal Vault login works
Royal Vault doesn't let you register yourself. An authorized agent creates the account and sends you a username and password. The same login works on Android, iPhone and PC — the vault follows you across devices.
Sign in — step by step
- Open the Royal Vault app, or the web login.
- Type your username exactly as sent — it's case-sensitive.
- Type your password.
- Tap Login and you're in.
Forgot your Royal Vault password?
Don't keep guessing — too many wrong tries can lock the account for a while. Message us with your username (never your password) and we'll reset it and send fresh details right away.
