Royal Vault Not Working? Here's How to Fix It
If Royal Vault won't open, won't load, or keeps crashing, it's nearly always a connection, cache or outdated-build issue — not your account. Work down this list and you'll usually be back in the vault within a minute or two.
Quick fixes (try them in order)
- Check your connection. Swap between Wi-Fi and mobile data — a weak signal is the number-one cause.
- Fully close and reopen Royal Vault; swipe it away from recent apps first.
- Restart your phone. It clears temporary glitches more often than you'd expect.
- Update the app. Ask us for the current link and install the latest build over the old one.
- Free up storage. A nearly-full phone can stop apps loading at all.

Reinstalling from scratch
If nothing else works, remove the app and set it up fresh: ask us for the current link, then follow the Android or iPhone steps. Your account and balance are stored on our side, so a reinstall never wipes them.
