Sirus Login & Password Help
Your Sirus login is the username and password your agent set up for you, since the app has no public sign-up. Open Sirus, type in those details, and you're through. Lost them? We can reset the account in about a minute.
How Sirus accounts work
You can't register yourself on Sirus. An authorized agent creates the account and hands you a username and password. That same pair signs you in across Android, iPhone and the PC browser version, so there's nothing to set up twice.
Signing in
- Open the Sirus app or the web login page.
- Enter your username exactly as it was sent, including capitals.
- Enter your password.
- Tap Login and the star-field lobby loads.
Forgot your Sirus password?
Don't keep hammering the login box, because repeated misses can put a temporary hold on the account. Message us for a reset and we'll send fresh details right away. Remember we only need your username to help, never your password.
Using Sirus on more than one device
The same login works everywhere, but you can only actively play on one device at a time. If a sign-in fails on a second phone, close Sirus on the first one and try again.

How do I sign up for Sirus?
There's no self sign-up. An agent creates the account for you, so message Logan Gameroom and we'll make one and send your login.
I forgot my Sirus password. What now?
Ask your agent for a reset instead of guessing, since repeated wrong tries can briefly lock the account. We only need your username to do it.
Can I stay logged in on two phones?
Your login works on any device, but active play is one device at a time. Sign out of one before playing on the other.
