Sirus Not Working? Here's How to Fix It
When Sirus won't open, hangs on the loading screen, or throws a network error, it's nearly always a connection, cache or old-version issue rather than your account. Run down this list and you'll usually be back among the stars in a minute or two.
Fixes to try, in order
- Test your connection. Flip between Wi-Fi and mobile data; a weak signal is the number one culprit.
- Force close Sirus and reopen it, swiping it out of your recent apps first.
- Restart the phone. It clears temporary glitches more often than people expect.
- Reinstall the latest version from m.gamesirius999.com over the top of the old one.
- Free up some storage. A nearly full phone can stall an app at launch.
